Cabinet Refacing Sample Door Approval

Thank you for your confidence in choosing Let’s Face It, Inc. for your remodeling needs. As part of our quality control, we will be sending you a custom door sample designed and finished as per the agreed specifications on your contract. Please allow approx. 3 weeks to receive this custom sample. If you have not received your sample with-in 30 days from the date of your contract, please contact your designer or our Customer Service department immediately. Note that your project components will be processed immediately after your Project is field measured by the Project Engineer and that the final door design/finish will not be produced until we receive this signed final approval form. Additionally, your project may be moved to an alternate installation slot if this form is not returned via fax or PDF with-in 30 days from the date that appears on your contract.

 

Note the following:

  • Painted finishes are generally best on MDF material to achieve a smooth professional finish and to maintain the door’s integrity.
  • 3 DL or designer thermofoil doors are as represented and may have different color backs depending on the chosen finish selection.
  • If you have chosen a hardwood door, please note that wood is a natural product, with no two doors that will look exactly the same. Know that artisan finishes featuring antique or other glazing, feature hand applied techniques, and will have its own special unique characteristics as the glaze collects in the crevices of the door design and grain of the wood. No two samples are exact to achieve this unique look. You may also find lighter and darker stain patterns in your finished product.
